ok to delete hp stuff from rom?

ive read somewhere that people can delete the build in HP stuff (silly welcome presentation,built in docware etc..) is it safe and does it really add spcae?

If the programs are in the user-accessible part of the Flash ROM, then yes, you can delete them...but in most cases, they're in the part of the Flash ROM that you can't access, so no, you can't delete them.
