The 16th edition of Manual of Medicine has just been released for the Pocket PC, and it includes all chapters, tables, figures, and appendices. It also supports landscape and VGA display modes, as well as installation on storage cards. It doesn't come cheap, but then the print version of Harrison's was never cheap anyway. Handango have a trial version on offer, and if you think it'll make a great resource, it will set you back $59.95. That price also includes twelve months access to their Web and Wireless access service. [Affiliate]

I never found pocket Harrison's to be very useful. The version I had was not consise enough for a quick reference and was only an electronic rendition of the pocket text. I think 60 bucks is WAY to much for this....

I recommend 5 Minute Clinic Consult instead.

Another great resource designed by clinicians for clinicians if Clinical Medicine Consult by Dr. Carl Webber and his team. Excellent resource and probably the only one you will ever need most of the time (I stopped using 5 Min Clinical Consult after I found this ref). It is updated 4x/yr and available in iSilo and Mobipocket format.
