There's a ton of freeware for the ppc, but I would guess that what you want, you'll have to pay for. Where did you get your original software to begin with? I would assume that's where you'll find add-on packs, sort of like when you get a language translator program, you can purchase additional languages as an add-on to the original software. Try any of the ppc software sites and do a search for "adult" & see where that leads you. Good luck. C.
