I've just recently downgraded from WM2003 to PPC2002 on my XDA cause of serveral reasons. Anyway, I've just applied a jpg today theme and...the screen just not looked as it should. The today screen image looked very different as it should, it was definatelly not the same color (its a plain color b/g). I've applied an another jpg today theme, the today theme looked exactly different, basicly brighter. I've turned on today's the day, applied a jpg image...yet again, looked different...looked brighter. I've made a bmp today theme in ms themegen...and everything looked ok. I've replaced tdywater.gif with an png image, refreshed the today screen...and everything looked ok. I've replaced it with a .gif file...yet again, no probs. But if there is a jpg image on my today screen, it looks different, sometimes brighter, sometimes darker, but not as it should. So is this a known today bug in PPC2002? I had the same result in a friend of mine's ipaq 3630.
