Question on auto update advango

I install avantgo and every morning I need to do the following tasks to get updated documents.

1. Turn on my pocket pc.
2. Connect to pocket pc to internet via WIFI
3. Synchronise avantgo
4. Disconnect pocket pc from internet.
5. Trun off my pocket pc.

Does anyone know if there is software or method to do the above steps automatically so that I wake up in the morning and just take my pocket pc and can have the updated documents.

Doesn't the newest version of Avantgo have a timed update feature for this kind of thing?

I already downloaded the latest version of avantgo but cannot find the auto update feature. Do you know how to use this feature?
