Folding Keyboard Problems

Hi there,
I have an iPAQ 5550 and an HP folding keyboard.
Whenever I use "Word" on the folding keyboard, the on screen keyboard appears which annoys the hell out of me. Worse than that, in Excel, the onscreen keyboard flips up also which takes up half the screen - this is even more annoying! Does anyone know of a way that I can use the folding keyboard without these keyboards popping up on screen?

Yes! PHM's PowerToys. It installs a lot of things you may never use, but the solution you're looking for is in there: a null keyboard choice that doesn't pop up an SIP.

Another option is ZeNoKeyboard, which puts an entry in your SIP list that does not display an on-screen keyboard.
