No, the only way you can get Windows Mobile 2003 SE is if your device manufacturer has offered it for your specific device model. I think that Toshiba was one of the only companies to offer the upgrade for some of their new models. Which PDA do you have? You may be sadly out of luck :|

Nope. There's no upgrade. Period. Not even one that can be purchased. HP never released a formal update to Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition on any of their previous iPAQs.

The only thing you can have a look at are the newest ROMs available at the HP Drivers Download Page. The latest on offer for the h1940/h1945 is ROM 1.10. It adds a few new features, plus fixes a couple of minor bugs.

Where is this hack available, I own i-Mate Pocket PC, will I be able to upgrade to SE Currently I have windows 2003
