<img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/web/2003/wey-20050401-EnergyBar.jpg" /><br /><br />All subscribers, take note: a new subscriber benefit's in town. I'm sure many of you don't get the necessary nutritional requirements to start your day in the right sort of mood, so Pocket PC Thoughts, and an unnamed food manufacturer, have teamed up to deliver the "Pocket PC Thoughts Energy Bar". It's <i>"byte-sized goodness with no artificial enhancements!"</i><br /><br />Here at Pocket PC Thoughts, we only use the finest ingredients available, and none of that cheap stuff! Our biodegradable mashed-up SD cards are the secret ingredient to boost your brain capacity, ten-fold, and they also give the bar that extra crunch! However, please note that this bar is only available to <a href="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/subscribe.php">subscribers</a>. From tomorrow onwards, a new link will appear in your subscriber page. By clicking on it, you'll have the option to order a batch of 100 bars, free of charge (although there is a limit of one order, per customer, per year). And stay tuned, <a href="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/">Smartphone Thoughts</a> and <a href="http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com/">Digital Media Thoughts</a> Energy Bars are just around the corner. ;)

Can we get a discount if we order in bulk (I know some people at work who could use them)?
Also, does it use any bio-energy to power the extra memory from the ground-up cards in the bar? I'm running low in power, but could use the extra mental capacity!

Are they regular SD or SDIO-compatible? Also, does PPCT intend to offer a memory stick version soon?

The wrapper serves as a 7-way converter, so you CF and MS fans are good to go. (A USB cable isn't included, however...)

Are they available in 60 X and 80 X speeds for "power users?"

We wanted to, but then we'd have to change the name, and PowerBar is already taken.

heh, not bad. I thought it was an April Fools Day joke pretty soon after I started reading, but still, my initial reaction (by just seeing the subject of the email blast) was hopeful that we would see a new subscriber benefit....guess not. :| Well, maybe another day.

I neglected to mention that each bar comes with 1g of nanobots. They help keep your bio-energy at normal levels.

Actually, my intention for this one was to not fool anyone, but to just have a bit of fun since it was nearing midday MST. Although, I do wonder what it'd taste like. Cold turkey, anyone? :hippy:
