calendar data lost

I have a Dell Axim X30 w/WM 2003SE and Outlook 2003.

Frequently, I need to refer to prior appointments/meeting requests/reminders. Frequently, when I go to look them up, they are gone!

Is there a setting in Windows Mobile, Calendar, Outlook, and/or ActiveSync that says "retain ALL calendar data"?

It sounds like you are only syncing your calender for 2 weeks worth of data. I would go into the calendar settings in activesync and change it to sync all appointments. I have always chosen this option.
