Cleaning out removed software remnants.

I have an iPaq 5550 and you know it has 128MB. I don't consider to have many apps, but I am constantly running up against the memory limit.

Is there a program out there that can find removed apps and take out any evidence of them ever existing? Hopefully this will clear out some much needed memory space.
