Playlists on Windows Media 10 Mobile

How can I get playlists that I make in the desktop version of WMP to go to my iPAQ? Windows Media 10 Mobile does not recognize .wpl playlists, and I can't figure out how to get the "Sync" feature in the desktop version to work.

Thanks. I couldn't sync my .wpl playlists, so I had to save them is .asx format instead. Now it works fine. Yay!
