Resync after a Hard Reset

Today, my ppc screen kinda "dissolved" and I pressed the reset button. When it restarted again, everything was gone.

Now, I've had my PPC reset before (battery died), and i hooked it back up to my computer. I couldn't name it the name I used before since it said it was used.

What is the best way to restore my "my documents" and address book? I just want to reload everything back on my ppc (i know i have to reinstall my programs manually).

Open Activesync with your device NOT cradled. Click on Files > Mobile Device and make sure the name you want to use is the one with the dot. Now Click on File > Delete Partnership it should ask if you want to remove the folders associated with before you delete so say no. Better yet make a copy of the My documents folder you want to keep just in case and now delete the partnership. You'll be able to use the old name again for the new partnership now. If the original folder wasn't save just copy the contents of the copy you made into the new one.
