IPAQ 5555 not showing Bluetooth

I can't get Bluetooth to work on my 5555. In Setting->Connections I do not have a bluetooth icon. How do I get bluetooth to work?

There should be a little bluetooth icon on the bottom of the today screen. Everything is done from there...
