My MDA-Compact /QtekS100 wont charge in my car

I bought a Brando Sync/charge cable and a car-to-usb plug.

The cable charges my S100 jsut fine when onnected to my laptop but in the car it doesn't. The led in the plug lught up just fine so I'd think it's working.

Any tips?

Check the output on the charger. Chances are it's not putting out enough amps to have the strength to charge it.
