iMate PDA2K Mapping issue

For some reason my button mappings have gotten all screwed up. My send & end keys launch Contacts and Calendar and my D-Pad is mainly hosed. I've tried fiddling with the button mapping control panel app, done soft and hard resets and nothing works. I know that a few other people have had this issue but no one has ever provided a good response.

I did leave a post at the club iMate site but this is a bigger community which is generally more responsive.

Any ideas folks?
