4155 is new again!!!

I dropped my beloved 4155 from about waist high onto the garage floor (it was in a leather belkin case, which didn't help) and cracked the touch screen in the form of two lines/cracks from about middle of the screen to the upper right corner (I wish i had taken the time to photograph it).

Agonized over the decision, and finally sent to PocketPCTechs for repair, and WriteSHIELD screen protectors. They fixed my 4155 and shipped it out the day after they recieved it!!! PocketPCTechs even put the WriteSHIELD on!!

Way cool 8), with the writeSHIELD, my 4155 never looked/performed better.

In the meantime I ordered a x50v just in case I needed to replace the 4155. Now I must decided if I'm keeping the x50v...

Congratulations, fivepetplace. Always nice to hear return-from-the-dead story :D.

I am glad to hear your experience with PPCTechs. I am agonizing when to send my X50v for RAM upgrade. I know I would need to do it but am having anxiety attack thinking the days without my PPC. Good to hear they have quick turnaround, well, even for something different.
