The music video services, announced at the year's premier music industry event, South by Southwest 2005, will deliver videos that can be played back on Windows Mobile-based Portable Media Centers and select Smartphones and Pocket PCs."

I gave this a bit of a spin over a Wi-Fi connection a few hours ago and found it to be quite good. Since the service is relatively new, the range of artists isn't huge, but hopefully this will increase in the near future. If you're a bit of a music buff, I'm sure you'd appreciate what's on offer, so check it out here if you're interested.
