Pocket Watch Software is proud to announce our most versatile mobile print solution yet, ActivePrint x5. ActivePrint x5 allows mobile professionals to use their email enabled devices (such as PDA’s and Blackberries) to print their documents as they need them in the field. Utilizing the power and versatility of email, all the user has to do is email the document they want printed to the nearest ActivePrint x5 Server and they’ll have their documents within minutes.

With the ActivePrint x5 Server, service providers expand their services to include a substantial revenue stream. Most service providers don’t even need any new hardware due to the wide compatibility of the ActivePrint x5 Server. Installation of the ActivePrint x5 Server itself is simple and requires no special training or personnel.

Print Anywhere
Mobile devices are great at keeping the information you need available to you at all times whether you’re in your office or on the other side of the world conducting business. But you still need to be able to put your hands on a hardcopy of those important documents. With an ActivePrint x5 server nearby in the coffee house down the street or the lobby of your hotel you can print your documents directly from any email enabled device. Printing is performed in three easy steps:
1. Send an email with the desired file (such as an Excel spreadsheet) to an ActivePrint x5 email address.
2. Within minutes you will receive a response email with your unique print job ID number.
3. Bring that job ID number to the ActivePrint x5 service provider (such as the front desk of a hotel or the cash register of a coffee house) and you will be given your printed documents.

Earn a Fast Return on Investment as an ActivePrint x5 Service Provider
ActivePrint x5 Service Providers need very little in terms of hardware and manpower to start making money with their ActivePrint x5 Server. The installation process is no more complex than setting up an email client, and the hardware can be found at any local electronics store. Here are the minimum requirements:

• At least 1 POP3/SMTP accessible email account
• A means of connecting to that account through a high speed always on internet connection
• A Windows 2000/XP/2003 based desktop/laptop
• A Windows 2000/XP/2003 compatible printer
• Office software (we recommend at least MS Office 2000 or greater)

Most establishments already have the above components available and as a result don’t need to purchase anything other than the ActivePrint x5 Server Software.
