Hmmm... Sorry, there's nothing like this - yet. The Pocket PC Bluetooth (all of them - Widcomm/Broadcom, Microsoft, Toshiba, Blue Soleil) don't have the profile for sound gateway.
You can (with some models) dial a number via Bluetooth, and with some software even synchronise the phone with your Pocket PC.

SmartGSM will make your PocketPC ring if there's an incoming call, allow you to dial, won't allow you to answer/listen ... but why do you need to do that when you can just as easily click on the anwer button on phone and hold it to you ear?

There is software caled IA Phone Manager , the description said :
"IA Phone Manager is a mobile phone management tool that uses Infrared beaming or Bluetooth to connect data on GSM mobile phones and Pocket PCs for managing phonebooks and SMS (Short messages)."
I used it , and it's great !

I haven't seen anything that will let you take the call on your ppc.
Why not get a PPC phone if that is what you want to do? The lastest XDAs (IIs and Mini) are great. I have the mini and it is awesome.

That's good, but that's not what anilraichur had in mind.
