$400 Canadian? Holy cow, that's like, $3 US! :D :D :D
It's actually just over US$330 - the US dollar has tanked against most of the other currencies, making it cheaper for us Canadians to buy certain goods... like electronics

What a deal! As luck would have it, my birthday's coming up in a couple of weeks, so I forwarded this along, and my shiny new X50v should be arriving two weeks from tomorrow. I can finally put my long-suffering Toshiba e740 out to pasture.
Thanks, whoever posted this!

They have been appearing repeatedly all week -- without the game CD they are $349... be patient and check back frequently. Or if you want to spend $20 on the game CD... pay $369. Oh, and I see my invoice was only about $8 higher in total v. Dell Canada - and I already have mine - :D
Need to update my signature now...

Yes those drives sold out quick...but I was able to pickup the wife the X50v! She has an old Sony Clie and she has been eyeing my E800/830 for some time (dropped the E800, so had to replace it with the E830).
She will now be happy for a while

They are refurbished -- will have that on a sticker inside the battery compartment I think. Whatever trouble they had - it has been remedied / repaired and tested and they come with a full warranty just like one fresh off the production line. In my experience - it is very unlikely you could detect any difference between these units and the fresh unit. Except you'll have some $$ left to be software - or that PPCT Write Shield.
