Problem downloading Beta Player

From what everyone has said it seems that Beta Player is the best for viewing .avi, and other video formats. I'm having a problem downloading it thought. Beside the open source site, its there someplace else to get it. or what does everyone else use.

Looks like corecodec.org is broken. Every page at corecodec.org seems to lead to the corecodec.org home page.

Before I noticed that, I wrote this:
The main web page for BetaPlayer is very poorly designed: I can't seem to see the download link when I look at it.
