Is there a java applet for the ppc? There is an online game requiring this and i was wondering if it is possible to install java on a ppc. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Get NetFront 3.1 ( http://nfppc.access.co.jp/english/ ) with the PersonalJava TM plug - in, JV - Lite2 Personal Edition for Pocket PC. BTW, you should post the URL of the applet here first - if it's a complicated / large one, not even Netfront's JVM will be able to display it correctly. Its Java compatibility is limited and, therefore, can't render some applets, and, as the Java-enabled NetFront doesn't have a trial version, you'd waste a lot of money if you bought it without (even others') testing the particular applet first.

You can also use the JEODE (now: Insignia) plug-in, but it's, generally, even worse than NetFront and can only display applets of the size of the current screen estate (a bit lower than VGA/QVGA). Furthermore, it can't be downloaded/bought any more because it's an OEM product.
