I've tried quite a few over the ear Bluetooth headsets and find them all uncomfortable. I am looking into the Bluespoon Bluetooth AX, but I thought I's ask if there are any "over the head" style Bluetooth headsets, ala those used on office/home type phones.

Any info will be appreciated

iTech have a set of Bluetooth earbuds (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=36790) - so they're not really over the head, but they aren't over the ear either. Are they to your liking?
