Will my car charger for H3765 work with an H3870?

Does anyone know if I can use my Ipaq 3765 car charger with an ipaq 3870? Any info woul dbe appreciated.

Like the h31xx and h36xx series iPAQs the h37xx series have a separate power connection and "sync" port. While the h38xx and h39xx series have the power run through the "sync" connector. As for a car charger for the h3765 working with the h3870 yes it should. The car charger (CLA) I received from Compaq for my h3150 work(ed) just fine with my h3975 and hx4705 with the barrel connector attached. As always, if the car charger is not a manufacture (HP/Compaq) authorized accessory make sure to verify the specs are consistent with what is needed for the iPAQ.

Thanks for the reply, I have a charger for the 3765 and an adapter to go from that to a data port connection, suitable for the 3870.
