My Docs and CF / SD cards

I've looked through the forums, but it can get exhausting when searching for the relevant terms in the following two-part question:

What is the 'ignore my docs' file for and is there a way to re-map a CF or SD card to be seen as part of the My Docs folder set within WM2003SE?

I ask because I have several files on both my cards and they are divided up into the same folders as the WM defaults: Pictures, Business, Music, and Personal. I would love to open the Business folder and have the contents of all the business folders open.

Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.
