With CETuner you can change the Pocket PC‘s interface the way you want!"</i><br /><br /> <img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/web/2003/merlin1.jpg" /> <br /><br />Paragon Software's CETuner 2005 now supports Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition (including landscape and VGA mode). You can use it to customise your Pocket PC's visual settings, adjust colours and fonts and create Pocket PC themes. It also claims to protect your eyes if you go for large fonts and smooth colours and can apparently extend battery life if you choosing mild, non-contrast colours to low down screen power consumption. They've even got a graph to prove it.... The application costs US$14.95 and there's a <a href="http://pocket-pc-software.penreader.com/CETuner_2002/articles/Download_area_for_CETuner_2002.html">free demo version</a>, so you can check out those smooth colours yourself. ;-)

That confused me a bit too. Read the email that was sent to you from Paragon. In it there are instructions on how to register on their site. Once you do that, you'll be able to pick the version you want to download (including WM2003SE).

I would like to warn any prospective purchasers that Paragon has never offered upgrades from one version of CETuner to another. This can get rather expensive.

One of these days, they'll have screenshots for a color picker that doesn't have awful, contrasting bright colors that clash with every other element... but I guess then it's harder to see what you can change the colors of.

:( Paragon DID offer me an upgrade in an email. When I downloaded it I was back to a demo and several requests to support for help have not been answered. Great product but very poor company to get help from.
