I have a BenQ projector and want to receive streaming content from the Axim. If it would be possible to connect the Axim's bluetooth to an adaptor in the projector but the projector has only 1 rca video in; 1 audio in; and a female serial. All the bluetooth adapters I found are serial females as well. Any ideas?

Sounds like you might be better off with this:

You sure that is a serial connection. Don't see much point in a serial connection on a projector. A VGA connector I could understand. Not sure what those serial BT things are you have found. Care to post a link? If it is indeed a BT device intended to hook to the VGA input of a projector, you would be OK and just need the appropriate cable. However I know of no BT video profile, and there certainly isn't one in any PPC. If those are actually BT serial devices, they wouldn't be of any use for this application.

The MARGI SDIO VGA out is likely the best option, assuming that 'serial' connector on the projector is in fact a VGA in capability.

P.S. if that connector is 9 pins it likely is serial, if 15 pins, thats VGA.

And you may be able to convert, I think, VGA to the composite RCA if the projector can handle "progressive" input. Not sure if all the frequencies work out, though. It's worth a shot, I think.
