View Full Version : Unable to sync my e335

I recently installed Activesync 3.8 on my computer. When I had finished I could no longer sync my Toshiba e335 device. When I place my device in its cradle, it tries to sync but keeps disconnecting itself. I tried uninstalling 3.8 and installing 3.7.1; same result. I tried soft resetting my device - same result. I tried hard resetting my device - same result. I think I have unistalled and reinstalled everything, turned-off and turned-on everything, and It still will not sync. I am running Windows XP SP2. Can anyone help me?

I am having the same problem with my e755. I have not yet gone down the "wipe everything" road, but that does not look like it will be the answer either. Anyone have any ideas?
