Missing Outlook data

I installed a new hard drive on a desktop computer, then Windows, MS Office, etc. I installed the Palm Desktop, but during installation designated Outlook 2002 (from the Axim CD) to be used for calendar, contacts, tasks, etc. so that I could have this data on my Axim X30 (WM2003SE, latest ROM update). I synced my Palm with this computer; most but not all data shows up in Outlook. I then synced the Axim, or so I thought. The problem is most phone numbers aren't on the Axim. Pocket Outlook displays "Work Fax," "Home tel," "E-mail," and "Mobile tel," but not "Company." Many numbers are "Company" in desktop Outlook; "Company" doesn't seem to exist in Pocket Outlook. I don't want to re-enter all these phone numbers on the Axim. How can I get these numbers to display on the Axim, and how can I designate which phone number to display in List View? "Work Fax" isn't the number I use most often, especially from a PDA.
