We don't have an iPod and the kids use Windows Media Player. The top from the Pepsi I drank at lunch had a free song code...so, if you're the first, it's yours: TP7LCGECYQ
Enjoy.

3 Steps

Step 1. Find song you like an download with iTunes promo code.
Step 2. Insert blank CD-R(/W) into burner, burn song.
Step 3. Re-rip the song as an MP3 or whatever your preferred format is.

It's a free legal song! I think my post violates the DMCA though. :/

I think as long as you use the music for yourself, it should be OK. There is nothing wrong with burning a CD with your purchased music. In fact, in Rhapsody, another music service from Real, only way you can purchase a music is burning a CD.

Pepsi says that 1 in 3 win. I'm not doing that well. If I get another, I'll post it.

Sounds great. I remember seeing that commercial. Big time sell for iTUNEs, those guys know what they are doing.

There's actually a trick to it, and the results are skewed.

hold the bottle up so that it's about 2 feet away from your face, and on the same level, then you can tilt the bottle at around a 45 degree angle away from you and rotate the bottle and see if you can see the word "Again" or "Free Song" through the air bubble. The "Again" bottles are the losers, the "Free Song" bottles are obviously winners. Ironically, this trick is easier to do this year than last year, because last year the text "Free Song" was located ABOVE the code, so you just saw numbers when you found a winner. I think Pepsi realized the people that want the iTunes codes badly enough will GET the iTunes codes using this method. It's also harder to do with cold bottles than warm bottles. If you're buying pepsi for the iTunes codes, grab the bottles from the overstock pallets.

BTW, don't go to the 7-11 by my house, they're out of winners. :)

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

I believe these are letter 'O's. If it doesn't work with 'O' use '0' (zeros) for all three as they all look the same.

It's either an 'O' or a '0' zero.
