On my H6315, when I create a new connection it gives me the option to select cellular(GPRS) and the enter the APN. On another PDA with a GPRS/CF card, its requesting a phone number to dial in order to make the same GPRS call. Whats the difference? I'm with Cingular

Works something like this:
If you have a data plan (i.e. GPRS) then use the Cellular (GPRS) setting and enter in the Access Point Name (APN) that your service uses (I don't know what cingular's is off hand).
If you do not have a data plan, but have a dialup account with an ISP (i.e. remember the days before we had broadband at home?) then you can use the Cellular option and enter in your ISP's phone number and login information. Its quite a bit slower, but nice if you have unlimited calls to your ISP or free minutes or something like that.
Hope that helps.
Jon.
