Used the keyboard and mouse excatly twice and they worked fine. I tried to use both now and on both the keyboard and mouse when I try to pair them with my h6315 it says "bluetooth scan failed". The user manual was no help at all. I emailed ThinkOutside support and got a autorespond message saying it would be at least 3 business days before they replied. Anyone have a solution in the meantime?

I've had this happen a few times on my 6315. I find that powering off the devices and soft-resetting the ipaq helps. If that doesn't work, maybe its a battery issue - you may want to swap the batteries out for fresh in the KB & Mouse and see if that works.

I usually enable the mouse first, then the keyboard (usually have to put the mouse back in discoverable mode), and it seems to work like a charm (I have only been using this setup for 2 weeks now, so its possible something may pop up)
