We have released a small freeware to check .NET Compact Framework version from RTM to SP3 (including SP2 Re-release).
It assists HP iPAQ hx4700 users if they are using bugged .NET CF (Pre-SP3) and also help developers to target test their applications against different .NET CF versions.
