For $30 bucks (US), this app ROCKS!
You can custom configure your settings, or use the predefinied and "Certified) settings for particualr target platforms (Including "Mobile" devices.
I built a custom settup of my 4700 (640x480) and a target file size (500mb) and WOW!
The output is terrific, the audio is dead-on. Basically, in three clicks, you render a movie and it is gorgious!
Highly reccomened to those who want to do such a thing.
