Problems when upgrading to Pocket PC 2003

I have a serious problem. I just received my MS Pocket PC 2003 upgrade CD for my HP iPAQ h5450. I went to go upgrade my h5450 and a few seconds into upgrading I pushed a button on my h5450 on accident and made the upgrade stall so I pushed the reset button to start the upgrade over again. When I went to run the upgrade again, I received this error on my h5450 "MODEL ID ERROR.". So I went to Settings > System > Asset Viewer. In the Asset Viewer under System it says the following for
Manufacturer: Hdwlett-Packard C~mp!oy
Model ID: H iPAQ h1450
Language: ENGLMSH
So after I saw that I was like maybe a hard reset will fix the problem. I did a hard reset but still it says the same thing and it still won't let me upgrade it to PPC 2003.

Does anyone know how to fix the info in the Asset Viewer so I can upgrade it to PPC2003. Please HELP ME!!! :-(

It almost seemes like your persistant storage was somehow damaged or corrupted. I'm no expert though, but maybe this is something in the registry.
Like I said, I'm no expert, so I'm not sure.
