Siftware to display the "mini" date on the start bar

I know that both Wisbar and Tweaks2K offer the ability to place a small date field on top of the time field that appears on the start bar that runs all the time on the top of a ppc device. Is there an application that provides solely this functionality? I am not looking for everything else that these two fine softwares provide. I have looked a bit, but cannot seem to find this. Thanks.
