Com port troubles

I have been trying to sync over BT but I have the following problem. The serial port on the BT device is set to 14 and activesinc only sees 1, 2 and 3. I cant change neither of them.

What can I do to be able to change the com port on my BT device from 14 to something activesinc can see?
