iPAQ 2210 doesn't recognize the sync cable at all anymore

When I plug in the sync cable the iPAQ doesn't turn on. If I turn it on manually it won't sync since it doesn't recognize that it's connected.

Anyone had this kind of problem?

Any ideas how to fix it?

Not that it matters but I tried it with ActiveSync 3.7.1 and then upgraded to 3.8 and it still didn't work. I don't think that's related because the iPAQ won't even turn on when the sync cable is inserted.

Have you tried a different cradle/cable? If so, I would think you have a broken connector on the iPaq. :(

I tried a different cable after a reboot and it work.
