My Toshiba E750 screen has developed a fault.
It first showed itself a week or two ago when I fitted a screen protector for the first ime in the nearly 2 years I have had it. (I had to buy replacement stylus when I lost my original. The new one started to scratch the screen  ). I think a later dropping-event may have contributed to the blue screen being permanent instead of sporadic
Anyway - it's as if the screen controller has lost the ability to display one colour, red I presume, so now everything has a blue cast. In fact it looks a lot like this image I faked in Photoshop by removing the Red channel

So the question is this - what's the prognosis Dr? Can it be cured? Will it live? Should I plan the funeral now?
