I see that Socket has made the WLAN driver/software update ' temporarily unavailable. ' I have read one report from a user saying that after downloading, they had to perform a hard reset on their device.

I apologize if that happened to anyone here because of my posting the information. :oops:

If anyone did download the WLAN driver/software before it became unavailable and has any kind of feedback, please comment here and I'll pass it onto the appropiate parties. TIA!

I downloaded this last week and installed without any issues. I have been using it since without lockups and any other problems.

I am using it with a Samsung i700.

Thanks for the feedback Carl, and I'm glad you've had no issues. :)

The reported ( 1 ) problem was with an iPAQ 2215. Any other users out there with that particular handheld or any other PPC experience the same problem with the download? TIA!

I'm certainly relieved no one reported back any hard reset issues on this thread, now I can sleep easily, without guilt that I screwed someones device up. :mrgreen:

BTW, the software download is now again available if one uses the original links I posted. Hopefully socket pounded all the bugs out :bangin: this time around.
