You shouldn't need anything extra to play your MP3's since I think WMP9 is already loaded onto your ipaq. If it isn't, you need to load it from the CD that came with your 4150. But before trying that, use explorer on you ipaq to navigate to your SD card and make certain you see your music files. If you see them, simply double-click on one and it should begin playing. If this doesn't work, you will likely need to load media player from your cd.

There are a lot of programs that you can use to play mp3's, though I do not use mp3's my favorite audio player is GSPlayer... the standard skin is terrible... but I like the player.

Hmm - are you sure Windows Media isn't on your device? :confused totally:
Try looking in your Start Menu. Alternatively, open File Explorer, and navigate to \Windows, and search for wmplayer.exe and execute it. Windows Media plays MP3 files. Alternatively, other players that do the job are Pocket Player, PocketMusic, GSPlayer, MortPlayer, and BetaPlayer.

One thing I would caution you on if you're considering switching media players. Currently, one advantage of owning an HP is the ability to use the HP BT headphones. I have them and they are fantastic. My understanding is that they either don't work, or work with limited functionality, with non WMP.
