Safe to remove MS VB Runtimes for PPC and MS SQLCE 2.0 ??

I have no idea what these are for. Wondering if safe to remove them from my Dell Axim X5 with the 2003 OS?

It would be safe to remove those items in the sense that removing *probably* won't cause a hard reset on your device. OTOH, since you have them installed, you undoubtedly have software dependent on those items.
