Unable to Active Syn Jornada 728

Detailed ideas on how to Active Syn Jornada 728 wirelessly will be appreciated. Partnership created and works serially or with USB. Wireless Internet access not a problem.

I added the unit's IP subnet to the trusted zone in ZoneAlarm and filtered its MAC in the router. Help. Thanks.

ActiveSyn 3.7.1; Windows XP SP1 Pro (updated); ZoneAlarm Pro; Linksys ???54G router.

I did a hard reset and reinstalled the ActiveSync and the card driver; that solve the problem.

A careful re-reading of the manual suggested a hard reset. It also said I need to use WEP key #1 because I was not using one of the cards for which the unit has a built-in driver.
