Anyone use either or both of these??
IF so, do you prefer one or the other?

Thanks.

I haven't tried either, but if you're looking for a finance software package, try Cash Organizer 2004 from www.inesoft.com. I use it and absolutely love it.

Agree with Rob... have been using it a long time... I have never even thought to change applications...

I've used both Web IS Money and Keep Track, and have decided that Keep Track is a much better solution for my needs. I use Keep Track to enter my receipts on the go so I know my account balances as I buy things, and then I like to export the new transactions back into Quicken format to import into Quicken on my Mac. Keep Track's export and import feature has worked flawlessly, much better than Web IS Money, which constantly exported transactions that had already been reconciled, causing unnecessary duplicates on my desktop. With Keep Track you can export transactions for any date range, and choose to only export transactions that have not been reconciled. The interface is also nice to use, there's a bunch of customizable buttons that you can make into shortcuts for performing common tasks. The Web IS Money interface is slightly more polished, but Keep Track is more stable and works a whole lot better in my opinion. I had also tried all the other programs such as Cash Organizer, SPB Finance, Handmark Pocket Money and more, but none of them would import my Quicken files.

I had originally looked for programs that would sync with MS Money, which Cash Organizer does, but then after trying to keep them both in sync all the time, I stopped using MS Money. Cash Organizer is so good and full featured, that I use it as my only financial tracking software. The best feature of Cash Organizer, in my opinion, which makes it stand out from all the other software, is it's ability to forecast your balance. Most all the other softwares allow you to enter your transactions so that you can keep track of how much money you've spent. But I ask you, who REALLY cares how much money you've spent? Aren't you really more concerned with how much money you CAN spend? Once it's spent, it's spent. But being able to predict how much available funds you'll have in the future is really what it's all about. Cash Organizer has a planner mode where you can enter all your recurring bills and deposits and then you can see on a graph your predicted running balance in the future. All I have to do is look at the lowest point on the graph in the future and that will tell me how much money I can spend right now. If I spend any more than that, I know that I'll go in the hole at that point in the future. If that is going to happen, I can do some "creative financing", as I call it, by making use of my mortgage's 15 day grace period, or paying a bill after the next payday.

I really haven't seen any other program that will let me do that. Actually, I think I've seen one other, but it lacked too many other features.
