Im running morphgear on a samsung 400mghz processor (rx3715)
If i set cpu throttle to high in gba emu settings, will my cpu get fried or messed up :?:

CPU throttle was implemented to slow down the processor a bit to help reduce button lag on certain pocket pc's. So it won't fry your processor, but I don't think it slows it down enough to be noticably slower. Basically, keep it at the minimum level that works with your buttons. I think that unless you have a Dell Axim X30, you probably won't need this at all. I personally have an X30, so I need to keep my throttle on.
Anyway, that is what I understand at least. The morphgear site appears to be going through a bit of a transition right now, so I'm not sure if you would be able to find any useful info there or not.
