http://www.myblingring.com/default.asp

Shown below is a common flip phone with red star bling on white crystal bling. You get the idea though. You can take your tired old industrial looking Pocket PC and add some bling-bling.

Pricing starts at $125 for a single color do-it-yourself kit. If you are too busy, for $295 you can send them your Pocket PC and they'll bling the bling out of it for you. For some reason, I feel I have to add fo shizzle my nizzle. I don't know why...

An old saying, 'don't put a dress on a pig.' What's the opposite? This looks like call-girl clothes on an executive.

On the one hand I have to wonder about the personality that would feel comfortable using a device such as that.

On the other hand, there are many people who pay excessive amounts of money for mobile phones, pda's and other tech just to impress their friends, without any need or intended usage.

I guess if your friends are not going to be impressed by the feature set of your phone, they may just be impressed by the shower of diamonds, and for a similar price also.

Pardon my ignorance, but I must finally ask: What, exactly, is a nizzle, and what does schizzling do to it?

Somehow I don't think that would be very comfortable to hold for long periods of time. LOL

Well, if you are not black, I wouldn't suggest running around talking about "nizzles." The term "shizzle" is just "sure." Snoop Dogg decided to have a little fun with lingo and see how many people would follow along...to his surprise everyone is running around saying "For shizzle my nizzle," which really means: For sure my n...uh...brother." Hehe...It was just a few people having fun, then a whole bunch of people started following it, and I don't know why.

As for the bling, I think that it is a great idea. Idiots need to spend their money somewhere and someone has to be willing to take it.

Well, these are definitely a bit much, but I have to admit to being a caseaholic. I've always wished someone would make cases that somehow had interchangeable panels that fit into the basic case to change the look from conservative to....not so conservative.

This is just obnoxious. Like the otherwise intelligent young lady who was doing our Accounts Receivables for a while, who had one of those batteries on her phone that lit up and blinked obnoxiously every time she got a phone call. I have to say it really made be lose some respect for her. It was just annoying.

Lot's of celebrities are paying big bugs to have their phones decked out this way... I think it's lame, but maybe a lot of money and limitless freedom makes you that way.

Okay, ignoring the fact that I don't like it...

It's really EXPENSIVE.

I mean, go to your local craft store, get a hot glue gun and some sparkly things from sparkly things aisle, and go to town. It'd be something like $25 including the glue gun.

Word, my brother. As I hold doctorates in both Bling and Crunk Studies (University of Wallamalloo, '01], I feel that I am uniquely qualified to posit on this so-called "blingey" case. In point of fact, I put it to you that the case is actually ANTI bling. How can this be, you say? Quite simply, the collective molecular weight of the individual bling particles is sufficient to actually REVERSE the initial positive charge of the bling, thus resulting in Anti-Bling. Ergo, the case is naturally attracted to people with a high negative bling factor, such as Paris Hilton, (http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000627022731/) Nicole Ritchie (http://www.engadget.com/entry/2252683269314561/) and Lindsey Lohan. If you think that's bad check out what I made for my mom last Christmas (I'm very assured of my straight sexuality ).

She wanted some crystal covered mouse that was around $200 bucks, and I wasn't about to spend that much on a mouse, so I picked up a Logitech optical mouse, some cheap plastic jewels from a craft store, and glued them on and this is what I came up with... It actually feels nice using it, it kind of massages the palm.

Does any of you fellow Canuck's have that Super 7 "bejeweler" ad?
The one with Ivana Trump selling a "diamond encrusting tool" called the bejeweler?
While I'm interested in modifying my PPC in terms of color, LED UV lights, etc. This is just insane....
