I can't seem to find any Pocket PC software that will let me post to my Nucleus (http://nucleuscms.org)-based blog. Anyone know of anything I can use?

BlogPlanetLE seemed to be my closest bet, if only there was J2ME for Pocket PC (which I couldn't find either).

I haven't personally used Nucleus, but according to the documentation (http://nucleuscms.org/documentation/devdocs/xmlrpc.html) it implements the Blogger XML-RPC API.

Maybe you can use Blogger-compatible Pocket PC applications?

Sorry I can't help. However, I do have a related question.
Does anyone know of a tutorial, etc. which explains clearing to create a blog, sponsor it, etc.? To be honest, I am not quite sure what a blog is, and how it differes from a home page or personal web site.

Read this http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=36&topic=16 and then make one at www.blogger.com. It is free of charge and you can make it invisible for anyone who doesn't know the web-address. Nobody will know if you screw it up - but you probably won't. You can anyway just delete the blog if you don't like the result.

I use Pocket Sharp. http://www.randyrants.com/sharpmt/

Works pretty well with Movable Type, I haven't tried it with anything else.
