Showing what's using System Resources?

I am looking for an app that would show me what programs are using System Resources? My goal is to understand why at times my Pocket PC runs slow. So I thought if I could see something like the Task Manager on my desktop I can understand and fix what is causing the problem.

There's also Supertasks (http://www.softwareandson.com/SuperTasks/) which works similar to the Windows Task Manager.
