Contacts not syncing

I have moved from palm to PPC Loox. I exported my names and adresses as an .csv from the Palm desktop and imported into Outlook. So far so good, When I activesync it says sync is on the device and I have no contacts on the Loox :cry:

This is pushing me to the stage where I will need to put them all in manually. Can anybody be so kind to suggest anything.....

You don't, by any chance, have your contacts organized in Outlook using folders, do you? ActiveSync does not have the ability to sync subfolders in anything other than Inbox.

not sure what you mean , I was a eudora user until i got my loox. In outlook inmy shortcuts i select contacts and all my contacts are ther but still no sync.. :?:

Check your Contacts synchronisation settings. Open ActiveSync on the PC, right-click the Contacts component and select Settings. Ensure "synchronize all contacts" is selected if that is what you intend to do.
