Manual sync with Activesync?

Hello :D

I was wondering if there was a way to manually synchronize each item in my sync list?

I have set Activesync to manual sync but when I click the Sync button, everything synchronizes!

I would just like to sync 1 item at a time :?:

No, unfortunately that's not possible to do with ActiveSync. This is the first time I've ever heard the request though - why do you want to sync only one item?

Can't you just right-click on the item and choose Synchronize from the menu that pops up?

If you have set your AS partnership to manually sync, it will compare contents when you connect and display what needs to be synced. If you click the Sync button, it will sync everything. Or, you can right-click on a specific type of data and, on the shortcut menu, select to Synchronize Selection and that one category will be synced while leaving the rest in their unsynced state.

Great! I didn't even think about that option...I think I used it once three years ago. :-D
